Your conservatory is built and you can see just what it’s going to be like. But there are still things to do and the devil’s in the detail so it’s got to be done just right.
IN A NUTSHELL
What we'll do...
- Call you to check you’re happy and to note any finishing touches on your Quality Plan.
- Send round a Quality Engineer to complete everything to the highest quality on the Plan.
- Prepare an invoice for the final 5% for the Quality Engineer to bring with him.
- Write with details of our ‘Introduce a Friend’ scheme.
- Ask you for feedback on the service you’ve received.
- Send your guarantee and maintenance manual once we’re all settled up.

How you can help
- When we call tell us exactly what needs to be finished so we can do it as quickly as possible.
- Be there when the Quality Engineer calls.
- Earn a little extra via our ‘Introduce a Friend’ scheme.
- Tell us exactly what you thought of our service by returning the ‘Satisfaction Survey’ questionnaire.
- Drop a note to your project co-ordinator if you’d like to reward someone for exceptional service.
