Since completing our first customer order in 1995, Planet has installed a total of more than 35,000 PVCu conservatory, window and door projects. Behind the Planet name is all the experience we have gained in the past decade and the major resources of a company that has a multi million pound annual turnover.

With showroom outlets located across the North West of England covering Lancashire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Liverpool areas we are now acknowledged as regional market leaders. Planet was one of the first companies to give customers the chance to see on display many different examples of full size, beautifully furnished conservatories set out in a large and relaxed indoor showroom setting. These showrooms also feature a comprehensive selection of PVCu energy efficient double glazing and roofline products, with our friendly, expert staff always on hand to offer customers help and advice.
Made to order in our own factory
All Planet products are designed and manufactured to precisely fit your needs and can be personalised to suit your taste, co-ordinate with your decor or meet your budget. Because everything is made to measure in our own factory, you’ll always get exactly what you are looking for and will not have to compromise your dreams with an “off the shelf” solution. There are now over 350 people employed across the company, including Planet’s state of the art manufacturing plant and Walton Summit administrative headquarters near Preston and across our showroom network.
Teams of specialists working for you
Team working, specialist knowledge and attention to detail are at the heart of our success. After your design brief has been transformed into reality at your local showroom by our design consultant, your project will be surveyed by a trained professional. When all details have been checked and confirmed, your order will be passed to our manufacturing division, quality approved and then scheduled for fitting.
Over the years we have honed our fitting service to become one of the best in the industry. Planet’s building and installation teams who visit your home will have completed similar projects many times.
